Mini Moves

I understand that you are busy.

I understand that starting something new is hard.

I understand that the amount of information at your fingertips is overwhelming.

I've been where you are.

Now, I am part of the solution.

Let me break it down for you and make it simple.

You have minutes throughout the day that you can utilize to

intentionally challenge your muscles.

Start with 5 minutes.

Start with pushups on the wall.

Start with a few squats.

Start with a walk around the block.

Start with balancing on one foot- hold on if you feel unsafe.

Start with a basic hinge.

Start with a spinal rotation.

Start with these "mini moves".

Just start.

It gets easier.

You will build momentum.

You will feel better.

You will get stronger.

5 minutes is all it takes.
