In this group, you will receive tips, tricks, and personalized strategies to get you off on the right foot with your fitness program. You will learn my Simple 7 system for successful self-care that is so easy to incorporate into the busiest of lives. You will have guidance and coaching on the foods that will support you in this adventure. You will have simple, but effective, workouts to do at home that will give you a base for building a stronger body. Perhaps, most importantly, you will have the accountability to hold your feet to the fire on the things that you say you're going to do and don't always feel like doing.

The investment for these four weeks is $149 until February 24, 2025, when the price increases to $225.
