Spartan races are great for the family
In 2019, my daughter introduced me to the world of Spartan. When I found my "inner athlete" at the age of 47 it was in the sport of triathlon. Obstacle course racing is a totally different animal, challenging in a whole new way- and I loved it. Since then, I have done a number of races, mostly the BEAST distance, and participated in events with two of my kids, and three of my grandchildren.
These events challenge you mentally as well as physically. What great lessons to teach our kids and grandkids.
