Who I Am (Not Just What I Do)

I’ve always found it interesting how one of the first questions people ask when they meet you is, “So, what do you do?”
It’s almost automatic — but it skips over something far more meaningful: who we are.
Because what we do is simply the expression of who we are inside.
And for me, that “who” has always mattered most.
I’m a helper, a connector, and a problem solver. I’m an avid learner, a researcher, and an educator. I’m someone who can’t help but want to understand people — what drives them, what holds them back, and how to help them find their way forward again.
I’m also driven, honest, and hardworking — yet deeply empathetic, passionate, and caring.
Those qualities shape not just the way I work, but the way I live.
I find joy in the simplest things:
☕ A perfect cup of coffee in the quiet of the morning.
☁️ A sky full of beautiful clouds that make me pause and look up.
🌅 An amazing sunrise that reminds me every day is a new start.
🌸 A colorful flower arrangement that makes my kitchen feel alive.
🍳 And preparing an awesome meal — sometimes just for me — because I believe self-care starts with the small acts of love we give ourselves.
I haven’t always made the right decisions — but I’ve always worked to make the decisions I’ve made right. That’s been my north star: progress, not perfection.
I’ve raised three incredible humans, who are now raising their own amazing humans. And my deepest hope is that someday, I’ll get to watch their children grow into strong, kind, purpose-driven people — living life in a healthy, capable body that carries them into every season of life with confidence and joy.
Because that’s really what drives me — helping others live fully, love deeply, and move through life strong in both body and spirit.
So, the next time someone asks, “What do you do?” — maybe I’ll smile and answer: “I help people become stronger versions of themselves.
But who I am… is someone who believes that’s possible for everyone.”
