You Believe the Story You Tell Yourself—So Is It Time to Change Yours?
There’s something about spring that feels different.
The days are longer. The air feels lighter.
Everything around you is starting to grow again.
And whether you realize it or not… this season invites you to do the same.
A Natural Time to Reset
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been talking a lot with my clients about some simple—
but powerful—concepts:
Using the right tools for your body
Letting go of the constant negotiation
Building consistency
Creating real momentum
None of these are complicated.
But they are the things that actually work.
And now, as we step into a new month, there’s a natural opportunity to pause and ask:
Am I growing too?
The Story You Tell Yourself Matters
There’s something I say often:
You believe the story you tell yourself… so is it time to change your story?
Because the story you’re living right now isn’t fixed.
But it is powerful.
It shapes your decisions. It influences your habits.

It determines how you show up for yourself.
What Story Are You Living?
If your internal dialogue sounds like:
“I start and stop.”
“I don’t have time.”
“I’ve tried everything.”
“My body just doesn’t respond anymore…”
You’ll continue to act in alignment with that story.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong.
But because that’s what you’ve come to believe.
Spring Is Your Invitation
What if this season was your chance to shift that?
Not by doing something extreme.
But by changing your approach.
Choosing different tools
Following through more consistently
Letting go of perfection
Doing what actually works
Because real change doesn’t come from waiting for the perfect time.
It comes from deciding:
This is where I do things differently.
A Simple Question to Sit With
As you move into this new season, ask yourself:
If nothing changed over the next 3–6 months… would I be okay with that?
Or is it time for a new chapter?
You Don’t Have to Start Over
Spring isn’t about starting over.
It’s about making a few intentional shifts—and allowing those shifts to build momentum over time.
Because when you begin to change the story…
everything else starts to follow.
👉 Coming next: I’ll be sharing a new series on how your daily habits shape the story you’re living—and how to start shifting them in a way that actually sticks.
